Refund policy

  • AED units and DG rated batteries are final sale and not eligible for returns. Products in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for a refund if returned within 15-days of delivery.

  • Returns beyond 15 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns beyond 20 days will NOT be accepted.

  • If you are unsure you are ordering the correct pads/battery for your AED, contact us before purchasing.

  • Coupon Codes must be used at time of purchase. No refunds or credit will be applied to orders after order confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the product being returned to our warehouse and will be applied back to the original form of payment.

  • SimplyAED is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping. It is strongly recommended that you ship returns as ‘Insured’ using a reputable carrier.

  • Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
