Shipping policy


  • Shipping is free on ONLINE ORDERS of $99.00 or more, before taxes.
  • Qualifying online orders receive Free Ground Shipping across Canada.
  • Free shipping is NOT guaranteed for North West Territories and Nunavut as well as other remote locations. If your location does not qualify, you will be contacted with additional shipping charges.
  • Shipments that are unclaimed at a post office or courier depot will be subject to an additional shipping charge to be reshipped.
  • Online orders less than $95.00 before taxes will have a flat rate shipping fee of $16.95 across Canada, including Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Yukon.
  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect and a package is returned to us, the customer must pay shipping charges to have the package resent. Please ensure that shipping addresses are accurate, as SimplyAED will only cover a first attempt to ship.
  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, tracking will be provided to the customer. It is expected that the customer will monitor shipping progress and complete any necessary steps to ensure a successful delivery. For example: providing a signature, retrieving the package from a post office or courier depot , etc.
  • Changes to shipping rates may occur without notice.
  • Additional costs for expedited shipping or time-related shipping instructions will be charged directly to the customer and can only be requested on select products.
  • SimplyAED only ships within Canada.
  • At SimplyAED we pride ourselves in providing industry-leading customer service. This extends to the successful and effective delivery of our products. Please contact us immediately if there is an error with your order or if you need assistance resolving issues with damaged or defective merchandise. Any discrepancies must be reported within 30-days of receipt.
